I’ve gotten so used to vague, automated replies from customer service when shopping online that I’d almost given up on ever receiving real human support again. Then I ordered from Lucanora… Nora got back to me personally within hours and offered thoughtful, personalized solutions right away. It honestly made me feel heard and completely at ease shopping here. They genuinely care ;) Just had to share my appreciation!
