Are these good for standing on hard floors all day, like in nursing or retail?Yes. The arch support and pressure-relief points are made to reduce fatigue when you're on your feet for long stretches. The flexible outsole also softens each step on hard surfaces like tile or concrete.
Can I wear these without socks?
You can. The upper is breathable and soft against bare skin, so they work fine with no-show socks or none at all. If you sweat a lot, thin socks can help keep them fresher between washes.
Are they wide-foot friendly?
The upper has a little give and stretches gently to your foot shape. If you have wider feet, we suggest sizing up one to give your toes more room.
Can I take out the insole and use my own orthotic?
The arch support is molded into the shoe itself, so it's built in rather than a loose insole you swap out. If you rely on a custom orthotic, keep in mind these are designed to support your foot on their own.
