How do I know which size to order if I'm used to US sizing?Each product page includes a size conversion chart that maps EU sizes to US and UK equivalents. When in doubt between two sizes, most people with wider feet or high arches find it more comfortable to size up by half a size.
Are these shoes wide enough for people with wider feet or bunions?
Mia is built with a roomier toe box compared to standard fashion shoes, which gives your toes more space and reduces pressure on the sides of your feet. If you have significant bunions or very wide feet, check the width notes on the size chart before ordering.
Can I replace the insole with my own custom orthotics?
The contoured footbed in Mia is removable, so you can swap it out for a custom orthotic insert if your doctor has prescribed one. The shoe itself still provides structure and cushioning even without the original insole.
How long before they feel broken in and fully comfortable?
Most people notice a difference from the first wear, but like any structured shoe, they may feel slightly firm for the first few days as the footbed molds to the shape of your foot. Give them 3–5 days of regular wear before making your final call.
