Can I use this in the bathroom, on tile and grout?Yes. It works well on tile, grout, and sealed surfaces where mold likes to hide. Just spray it on the moldy spot and let the foam do the work.

Will it stain or discolor my walls and surfaces?

How long do I leave it on before wiping?
