Can these markers be used on top of regular nail polish?Yes — let your base coat dry completely first, then draw on top with the nail markers. Make sure the polish is fully set so the felt tip doesn't drag or smear.
Are these safe for kids to use?
The pens are designed for nail art use, but always check the label for any specific age recommendations. Younger kids should use them with an adult nearby to avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
Do I need a top coat to seal the design?
Applying a clear top coat over your finished design helps protect it from chipping and makes the colors last longer. Without one, the ink may wear off faster with regular hand washing.
Can I use these on artificial or acrylic nails?
Yes, the markers work on acrylic and gel nails as well as natural nails. Just make sure the surface is clean and oil-free before you start drawing for the best ink adhesion.
How to use
- Shake each pen well before opening — give it 8–10 firm shakes so the ink mixes evenly inside.
- Press the tip down on a scrap piece of paper or a paper towel two or three times to prime the ink flow before touching your nail.
- Start with a clean, dry nail — remove any oils or old polish first so the ink sticks properly.
- Draw your design using light, steady strokes. Work one nail at a time and let each color dry for about 60 seconds before adding another on top.
- Cap the pen tightly after each use and store them horizontally to keep the tip from drying out between sessions.
