Will this fit a standard office chair or a car seat?The cushion is built for most standard office and desk chairs, and it works well on dining chairs too. For cars, it fits many wider seats, but check that your seat is at least as wide as the cushion base so it sits flat.
Does the cover come off for cleaning?
Yes, the milk-material cover is removable so you can keep it fresh without soaking the foam. Just unzip it, clean it, and slip it back on once it's dry.
Is the cushion firm or soft?
It's a supportive medium-firm feel, not a soft pillow that lets you sink to the bottom. The memory foam gives enough to feel comfortable while still holding your back and hips in a steady position.
Can I use just the seat part without leaning on the back support?
Yes. You can sit forward and use it as a supportive seat cushion, but you'll get the most posture benefit when your lower back rests against the contoured back section.
How to use
- Place the cushion on your chair with the taller contoured section against the backrest and the seat pad flat where you sit.
- Sit back so your lower back rests into the lumbar curve and your hips settle into the seat padding.
- Adjust the cushion once so the back support lines up with the small of your back, then leave it in place.
- For cleaning, unzip and remove the milk-material cover, then let the foam air out before putting the cover back on.
