Is the fabric thick enough that it won't go see-through when wet?Yes. The front is double-layered, and the rest uses a thicker swim fabric that stays opaque in and out of the water. It won't turn sheer or cling in a way that shows through.
Does it have enough chest support for a larger bust?
The top has built-in support with removable padding, so it holds its shape without digging in. If you have a fuller bust, sizing up gives you a little more room and coverage up top.
