Will TrioGuard™ fit my door frame?TrioGuard™ is made to fit standard door openings and can be adjusted to match smaller frames. Measure your door before ordering to make sure the screen covers the full opening.
How does it stay attached to the door frame?
It mounts with the included hook-and-loop strips and push pins, so there's no drilling and no damage to your frame. Press the strips along the top and sides, and the screen holds firmly in place.
Will the magnets cause problems with pets that are scared of the snap?
The magnets pull the panels shut gently and quietly, so most pets walk through with no trouble. If your pet is new to it, prop one side open for the first few days so they get used to passing through.
Can I leave it up when it rains?
The material handles rain and other typical weather conditions without any issues. The mesh is designed for year-round installation, with no need to remove it seasonally.
How to use
- Measure the door opening and, if necessary, fold or adjust the mesh so that it fully covers the entire door frame.
- Press the hook-and-loop strips along the top and both sides of the frame, then attach the screen.
- Add the push pins along the top edge to prevent the mesh from pulling away from the frame or to reduce its width if needed.
- Smooth the panels so they hang flat and meet evenly down the center seam.
- Walk through with a light push — the magnets snap the panels shut behind you.
